Shipping Costs for Refused Deliveries, Returns, and Exchanges

If a customer refuses to accept delivery, requests a return, or requests an exchange, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs. These may include the cost of returning the item and, for an exchange, shipping the replacement item. We will let the customer know the applicable costs before processing a return or exchange.
